Ann Duffy is a globally recognized sustainability expert with over 30 years of experience advising major organizations, including the IOC, FIFA, Rugby Australia, Canada Games Council, and PanAm Games Toronto2015. As Chief Sustainability Officer for the Vancouver 2010 Winter Olympics, she developed and implemented the event’s first-of-its-kind sustainability and legacy strategy.

She has led sustainability initiatives for major events, including the United 2026 FIFA Men’s World Cup, Los Angeles 2028 Olympic & Paralympic Games, and the 2022 FIBA Women’s Basketball World Cup, which became a carbon-neutral event. As a former IOC Sustainability & Legacy Commission member (2006–2016), Ann contributed to Agenda 2020 and authored FIFA’s Sustainability Systems and Policies Handbook.

Ann is also Industry Professor at the University of Queensland’s Liveris Academy, where she mentors scholars in sustainable development ahead of the Brisbane 2032 Olympics. As Pollinatr’s ESG Board Advisor, she ensures our impact investments align with high environmental and social standards while driving strong commercial success.

 

Based in Whistler, Canada, Ann visits Australia regularly and brings expertise in regenerative development, governance, and climate action to Pollinatr’s mission.
