Blair Courtney-O'Connor is a seasoned Chief Information Officer and entrepreneur with extensive experience in IT leadership, data analytics, and business development. He currently serves as the Chief Information Officer at the International College of Management, Sydney (ICMS), where he is responsible for delivering modern and contemporary information technology services, ensuring the college remains at the forefront of the education industry.

Blair's career began in the wine industry as a Business and Marketing Administrator before transitioning to the Project Manager for Touraust Corporation, undertaking investment analysis and managing large-scale corporate transactions.

In the education sector, Blair joined ICMS as a Data Analytics Development Manager, building a Power BI reporting platform across the college. He also served as a Company Director and Property Development Manager for Aspiring Properties and ICMS, overseeing multiple property development projects. In August 2021, he assumed the role of CIO at ICMS, driving technological improvements across the college.
