As the founder of her own startup Nicco Global, Richelle has harnessed knowledge and experience in developing data-driven innovation solutions for enhancing consumer engagement, focusing her efforts on the North American market. Initially engageing IBM Garage architects and engineers, she started to bring her vision to life, creating with the IBM Garage team Minimum Viable Products designed to scale across industries. Through this journey, she gained invaluable insights into the complexities of entering a new product into the market.
