Daryl Courtney-O'Connor AM
Director
Darryl Courtney-O’Connor AM, founder of Constellation Hotels and the International College of Management, Sydney, has extensive experience in tourism, hospitality, and education. An Order of Australia recipient, he brings strategic leadership and a proven track record in growing successful enterprises to Pollinatr as the Chairman of the Governance Board.
Robert Moran
Director
Robert has been involved as a principal investor for over 20 years at a board and strategic level in a variety of businesses and sectors and taking an active involvement in the underlying businesses. He is experienced in investment banking activities, including financings, capital raisings, mergers and acquisitions and has practiced corporate and commercial law at a senior level.

Blair Courtney-O'Connor is an experienced Chief Information Officer and entrepreneur with a strong background in IT leadership and data analytics. At Pollinatr, he offers strategic guidance, leveraging his expertise in innovation and organizational culture to drive sustained success.

Dave Gorter is the founder and director of Sky Books, where he works closely with SMEs, helping them navigate the challenges of growth and financial management. Having built his own business from the ground up, Dave has gained profound insight into identifying talent at the early venture stage and understanding the key support mechanisms that drive long-term success.
Richelle Nicols
CEO & Director
Richelle Nicols is an entrepreneur with a passion for governance, innovation, and helping businesses grow. Starting as a commercial and governance lawyer at KPMG and the Australian Institute of Company Directors, she transitioned into startups, gaining firsthand experience in tackling entrepreneurial challenges. Her journey equips her to support Pollinatr’s ventures, offering guidance and resources for sustainable growth.
